When will my order arrive?
Are you based in The Netherlands?
You can expect your order to arrive 1-2 days after shipment.
Are you Europe or UK-based?
Then please expect your Lierie treasure to arrive within 3-7 days.
Are you US or Canada-based?
Your order should take 4-9 days to arrive.
Do you live elsewhere?
Post NL expects it to take 6-12 days.
P.S. We aim to get your order ready for shipping within 24 hours.
P.S.S. In some cases, parcels might get lost, or delays might occur. We know the pain of awaiting your piece and it not coming on time 🙁
Rest assured, we will always let our shipping providers know of issues immediately, and will work hard to get your parcel to you ASAP.

How long do Lierie pieces take to be dispatched?
I (Karolina), aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 days. However, I am usually too excited and do my best to dispatch it within 24 hours.
Will my Lierie order be subject to customs and duties charges?
Yes, if you live in the UK, or outside of the European Union, it is likely you will be charged with customs charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, so are covered by you.

My parcel hasn't arrived... What can I do?
If you're worried your parcel is taking a little too long, please check your tracking number for the latest updates.
In case it takes more than a week from its estimated date of arrival, please contact hello@lierie.com to raise the issue. We will then do our best to solve the situation with the shipping provider.
How can I track my parcel?
Of course 🤍 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code. Follow your parcel.
My Order
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
On a rare occasion of orders being mixed up, please contact us immediately at hello@liere.com.
We will provide you with a free return shipping label, and send your order as soon as we receive it.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
We personally feel sad receiving faulty items ourselves, so all of our jewellery goes through detailed quality control.
If on a rare occasion, you receive an item which is faulty, we will happily provide you with a replacement.

How can I care for my Lierie jewellery?

Will my Lierie piece tarnish?
No, all of Lierie jewellery is crafted with Sterling Silver and Baltic Amber.
However, if you enjoy wearing your jewellery daily for a few months straight – you might notice the Silver darkening slightly.
This oxidisation process is natural, and completely reversible.
BRING BACK THE SHINE
Simply place your piece of jewellery in a small trinket dish with some soap and lukewarm water, or use a special cleansing solution.
Don't forget to bring the shine back by polishing it dry. You will truly be amazed by how much of a difference it makes. ✨
Can I wear my Lierie jewellery in the shower, sea, or pool?
We're all for practical jewellery, which becomes a part of you.
Although this might mean you will have to bring back its shine faster (by buffing and polishing), Lierie jewellery is completely safe in the shower, sea, and pool.
After all, Amber is friendly with water from the start.

Currently, Lierie is based in the The Netherlands.
Can I trust Lierie?
We do our best to ensure a sustainable supply chain which involves absolutely no trace of child labour, and where employees are paid fairly in EU-based workshops.
Our packaging is made of recycled materials, and our use of plastic is kept to a minimum. When communicating with our suppliers, we ensure to communicate Lierie is most comfortable with paper packaging.
However, although our efforts are large, occasional use of plastic may occur.
While we are still a new brand and have a lot to learn, we believe that you will be understanding of our efforts to make a positive impact 🌟
